After initially creating the brands image throughout the style of the home we were able to rebrand the B&B. We looked for ways to improve our service. This meant anlysing the website and in person stratiegies to improve the service to the customer.

With a beautiful setting in Wales I created a landscape book for the Rooms to include information for the guests staying in the Bed & Breakfast. Businesses around the area for the guests to enjoy were listed also along with relevant information and imagery.
